All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or change products, pricing, descriptions, and specifications at any time without prior notice.
Because many products are made in small batches, minor variations in finish, color, grain, pattern, or other visual details may occur and are not necessarily defects.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at checkout unless otherwise agreed for a custom project. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and processed.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including card and PayPal-based checkout options.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Iowa.
Most items are made to order and typically ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping options and delivery timing shown at checkout do not include this processing time. Tracking information will be provided once an order ships.
Maker Marc LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and damage claims are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy posted on this website.
Custom Work
Custom and made-to-order items are subject to the terms described on the Custom Work page and any project-specific agreement made by email or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom work does not include transfer of design ownership, exclusivity, CAD files, or production rights.

All content on this site, including text, product designs, photographs, logos, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Maker Marc LLC unless otherwise noted and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Accuracy of Information
