Refund, Returns, and Shipping Policy

Overview

Maker Marc LLC takes pride in every pen and accessory we create. Each item is precision machined and inspected before shipping. Because these products are made in small batches, minor variations may be part of the character of the piece and are not necessarily defects.

Returns — Standard Products

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

To request a return, please contact info@makermarc.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • free of ink residue or signs of use
  • returned in original packaging when applicable

Unless an item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns — Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable once payment has been submitted, since they are produced specifically to the agreed specifications.

Before payment, completed custom pieces will be presented through a private product listing with photos and final details for review. By completing the purchase, you confirm that the finished piece meets the agreed specifications.

If a custom item arrives damaged in transit or differs significantly from the approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Materials deposits for exotic or specialty materials are non-refundable once those materials have been ordered.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@makermarc.shop within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • photos showing the damage or defect

If the issue is confirmed, it will be resolved through a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch to discuss available options.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the expected processing period:

  • check your bank or card statement again
  • contact your bank or payment provider, as posting times can vary

Shipping

Orders ship from Iowa.

Most items are made to order and typically ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping options and delivery timing shown at checkout do not include this processing time. Tracking information will be provided once an order ships.

Maker Marc LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
